To celebrate International Women's Day we will be putting on a workshop around Women in Leadership, with the amazing panel of women! You will get to ask them any of you most hard hitting questions about their struggles working in a variety of different
male-dominated industries, and how they I’ve overcome those adversaries to be so inspiring, and innovative leaders in her field.
The workshop will also cover combating workplace harassment, how to advocate for equal opportunities, salary negotiations, challenges faced by women, and how to set career goals with the help of a mentor.
Following the workshop, you will also have the chance to network with other students whilst enjoying some free food outside the George!
