Join Dr Sarah Leberman MNZM, Professor of Leadership and co-founder of Women in Sport Aotearoa, for an inspiring and interactive workshop designed to help you lead with authenticity and confidence.

Using the Emotional Culture Deck, Sarah will guide you through an engaging session to explore your preferred behaviours and communication styles, and identify how you need to feel to perform at your best. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools to strengthen your coaching, leadership, and connection with others.
