Women in Painting - Pub Tour - Oxley Hotel - Wed 1 July
Description
Join us for our next Women in Painting - Pub Tour meet up, at the Oxley Hotel. Wed 1 July, 3.30pm. Come as you are - grab a drink and we'll get the snacks.
Our first Women in Painting – Pub Tour brought together a great mix of current and former apprentices for an honest, low‑key catch‑up. What started as a casual meet‑up quickly turned into valuable conversations about real issues women in the trade face — from work arrangements and entitlements to a few surprising wins like unclaimed incentives and helpful tax tips.
It was a reminder of how important it is to connect with others who understand the day‑to‑day of the trade. A simple chat over a drink can make things clearer, easier, and a lot less isolating.
Welcoming Apprentices, Painters, Employers, Suppliers, Allies. Anyone in the industry or keen to learn about it. Hope to see you there.
