Keynote - Pascale Helyer OAM
Pascale Helyar OAM is a changemaker, and seasoned financial storyteller whose career spans three decades in financial services, including 15 years as an entrepreneur. Motivated by a conviction that complex financial systems should serve everyone, she has turned innovation into action - founding, advising and scaling startups that tackle entrenched gender inequities in wealth. Her most notable venture, Grow My Money, was a world‑first platform that let users convert everyday shopping into mortgage or superannuation savings and was acquired by Finder. She has a rare ability to build practical, scalable solutions that attract market leaders. She held senior marketing roles at JPMorgan Asset Management, BT Financial Group and BNP Paribas before moving full time into the startup ecosystem. Her leadership has repeatedly beaten the odds: she is a twice‑exited founder who has secured VC funding and taken multiple businesses through successful liquidity events. For services to business and women’s affairs she was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM), reflecting both impact and recognition at the national level. An accomplished communicator, Pascale distils complex superannuation and wealth concepts into clear, actionable guidance - a superpower that underpins her work as an author, media commentator and speaker. Her debut book, ‘Rich Woman, Poor Woman’, explores the systemic challenges women face with superannuation and offers pragmatic pathways to change. She is the creator of the Dare To Be Rich platform and regularly contributes op‑eds to national outlets including the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and Morningstar

- How do I access my Member Ticket?
Paid Members and Paid Associate Members of Women in Print can access their member-priced tickets by entering their membership email address in the coupon or access code field.
- Is there carparking?
There is a “Pay & Display” Carpark onsite which is privately owned/managed and open to the public. There is also a ‘U Park’ located under the apartment building adjacent to Ayers House (on the side closest to the Conservatory).
Alternatively, guests can make use of the free tram which stops right outside the property, or the circular drive if using a rideshare/taxi service.
