WiP (Sydney) invite you to tour of one of Sydney’s most dynamic and inclusive communities - Midtown Mac Park. 

Midtown MacPark is an innovative partnership between Frasers Property Australia and the NSW Government, together with Mission Australia Housing.

The former social housing estate in Sydney’s Macquarie Park is being redeveloped into a vibrant new mixed-tenure community of approximately 3,300 new homes, integrating market, affordable and community housing based on world’s best practice urban planning principles, with new amenity, education and improved public open spaces.

Join us for a tour of the completed first stage and over morning tea, hear from Architects Bates Smart & the Fraser's Development Team on the vision of this new approach to community creation.
