Everyone has a role to play in ensuring that our workplaces are psychosocially safe, whether you are an employer, employee, manager or team member.
Join us and workplace lawyers Jessie Murphy-Allen and Daniella Carling on 30 April 2026 to learn about your duties and rights and some practical tips about what you can do or say to help manage psychosocial hazards at work.
As usual, there will be drinks, canapes and opportunity for great conversation with friends and colleagues from across the resources sector.

Daniella Carling is a Senior Associate in Finlaysons’ Workplace team, and advises on both workplace and general commercial matters. She brings a nuanced understanding of the commercial context in which employment issues arise, enabling her to deliver strategic, practical advice across the full spectrum of workplace law. Daniella’s expertise extends beyond traditional employment law to include the broader commercial considerations that intersect with workplace challenges, ensuring holistic and tailored solutions for her clients. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, equipping her with the ability to bridge legal obligations and HR practices.
Jessie Murphy-Allen is Special Counsel in Finlaysons’ Workplace team (and soon-to-be barrister at Murray Chambers), contributing her extensive expertise across both workplace and insurance litigation matters. Having commenced her career at the SA Crown Solicitor’s Office, Jessie has managed complex disputes and litigated matters with a strategic and pragmatic approach. She has appeared as both solicitor and counsel in various jurisdictions and recently secured a significant win in the Federal Court in a high-profile contractor dispute. Jessie is also known for translating complex legal concepts into practical, real-world guidance for employers and employees. Jessie is also a strong contender for having the world’s most spoilt Labrador.
