This event centres on inspiring and empowering students through visibility, storytelling, and real-world advice. We aim to spotlight pathways, challenges, and successes for women and gender-diverse individuals in STEM. Your participation helps us make these futures more visible and tangible.

9:45-10:20am (hybrid) Keynote address

10:20am-10:40am Morning tea (provided, in-person only)

Session 2

10:40-11:40am (hybrid) Interactive panel discussion. Ask your questions, learn where they’ve taken their career and hear their advice for you.

Lunch

11:40-12:20pm (in-person only) Join us for a catered lunch, Women in STEM VE awards and an interactive networking activity.

Session 3

12:20-1:20pm (in-person only) Participate in one of our practical STEM workshops, led by CoVE staff and Women in STEM Ambassadors.

1:20-1:30pm (in-person only) Reflection and Wrap Up

The conference is designed primarily for current and past RMIT VE students however is open to RMIT students and staff of all genders who support gender equity in STEM.
