Event description

In recent years, many incredible STEM field achievements have been highlighted across the nation, including the first Astronaut to be trained under the Australian flag graduating from the European Space Agency Astronaut Training Program, a quantum computing professor being named Australian of the Year, and a wildlife conservation biologist being named Young South Australian of the Year. With so many incredible achievements in the field, it's provided STEM leaders across the nation and particularly in South Australia the opportunity to reflect over the importance of leadership in achieving ground-breaking feats across the various disciplines of STEM.

To celebrate the wonderful achievements and highlight just some of the female STEM leaders who are making giant leaps in discoveries to support life on Earth and beyond in many ways across South Australia, Spence Club Inc invites you to the Australian Space Discovery Centre for a panel discussion on all things 'Women in STEM Leadership'. Plus as always this event will give you the chance to enjoy some great food and wine, network with one another and hear some exciting club updates!

Feel free to share this event with your networks and bring along a friend or colleague who shares our passion for female professional development and empowerment!
