Women in Transport Engineering 2024

UNSW Sydney is proud to host Women in Transport Engineering 2024. We are bringing together students, researchers and industry professionals passionate about transport engineering. Join us for lunch and this networking opportunity. 

We are also thrilled to introduce our panel.

• Prof Sue McNeil. Prof McNeil is an Emeritus Professor at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Delaware, and Visiting Professional Fellow, UNSW Sydney.
• Marika Calfas. Marika is the CEO of NSW Ports and has over 20 years of experience in the port sector including in port planning and development.
• Dr Hermione Parsons. Dr Parsons is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Logistics Council. She is a supply chain and freight logistics specialist in both public and private sector organisations.
• Rebecca Want. Rebecca is the Market Leader for Transport at GHD. She has +20 years experience in strategic transport infrastructure leadership including Sydney Metro and Sydney Trains.
