Women Investors in Climate Tech

As of 2023, female founders received less than 3% of VC funding. One of the key solutions provided for this issue is to have more female investors at the table. However, in Australia, female representation at the senior level for private equity and VCs makes up only 12%. The numbers are only slightly better for angel investors, with women making up 17% in Australia. These numbers NEED to change. With the support of the Melbourne Climate Network, we are putting on an event to address this with a focus on the climate tech sector.

Join us for a very important panel discussion focussing on how to get more women into the investment field and how to create greater representation. Our amazing panel of women include:
