    Event description

    Nathalie Becquart XMCJ

Xavierian Missionary Sister Nathalie Becquart XMCJ, is one of the most senior women within the Vatican, and indeed one of its most influential figures because of her leading role at the Secretariat for the Synod of Bishops. The Synod is set to address the most important topics facing the Church today and she will have a decisive say on shaping the future of our Church.

    Open Forum for Religious

In honour of World Day for Consecrated Life, CRA will co-host a conversation with Sr Nathalie for Catholic Religious in Australia.

Following a brief presentation on the topic, Women, Leadership and the Synodal Process: Where to Now? We invite you to join Sr Nathalie in a forum where you can raise questions, express concerns, and discuss ideas about the future of the Church with Nathalie.

To understand the culture and nature of the Australian Church, she will also ask questions of participants at this unique gathering, hoping to elicit a lively discussion to encourage encounter, listening and discernment.
