WOMEN LEADING IN CHANGE: A FEMALE WAVE OF CHANGE TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

Creating the Next Wave of Female Leaders.

We’re excited to announce the local Perth roll-out of the internationally acclaimed and highly successful Female Wave of Change program called Women Leading in Change.

This program runs from the 27th August to 10th September, includes three separate workshops and culminates in celebration & networking for our cohort:

1. Women Leading in Change - Workshop #1 - Friday 27th August 9 AM - 5 PM

2. Women Leading in Change - Workshop #2 - Friday 3rd Sept 9 AM - 5 PM

3. Women Leading in Change - Workshop #3 - Friday 10th Sept 9 AM - 5 PM

4. Final Celebrations & Networking - Friday 10th September 5 - 7 PM

This program gives emerging female leaders the opportunity to:

Develop the skills and confidence to become powerful, authentic, and influential feminine leaders.
Develop the mindset to be positive and assertive changemakers within their organisations and communities.
Undertake a powerful personal growth journey that gives them clarity of purpose and transforms their thinking to become women who can reshape the future.
Discover inner strengths and become empowered women who know that their voice and perspective matters.
Become part of a global network of women helping organisations and communities to grow and thrive.

Who is Female Wave of Change? The Foundation.

Female Wave of Change (FWoC) is a fast-growing global movement, started in the Netherlands early 2017, now active in more than 40 countries across all continents. It is a global movement that unites women from all walks of life who take responsibility for their own future, the future of the next generations and of the world.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Women Leading in Change, a global leadership program, is coming to Perth for the very first time!

What's involved?

This is a 3-week program (1 full day each week).

A maximum of 40 women will attend, working in small groups of 8, from diverse backgrounds and professions.

Face-to-face workshops will be supported with online mentoring each week.

At the end of the workshop series, each woman will present their action plan.

In celebration of their success in the program, there will be a final networking event where the best of the presentations will address an audience of community, industry, and sponsors, including The City of Melville, our inaugural sponsor.
