Women of 608: You Don’t Need More Discipline-You Need a New Self-Concept with Andrea Andree
Description
About the Event
We’re thrilled to continue the Women of 608 networking series, created in partnership with Brava Magazine, with another evening designed to spark authentic connection and conversation.
Hosted at The Madison Club, this quarterly happy hour brings Madison-area women together for inspiration, practical insights, and plenty of time to mingle over light bites and drinks. Each session features a dynamic speaker, guided discussion, and space to form genuine connections that extend beyond the event.
This event is open to members and non-members, with programming focused on women and women-led connections.
Featured Speaker: Andrea Andree
Andrea Andree, an Embodiment Coach, will lead a powerful and perspective-shifting session titled:
You Don’t Need More Discipline — You Need a New Self-Concept
The Identity Work Behind Magnetic Growth
In this interactive and thought-provoking experience, Andrea will explore why high-achieving women often hit invisible ceilings and how identity, not effort, is the true driver of sustainable expansion. Attendees will walk away with:
A deeper understanding of how discipline and high standards can quietly limit growth
Clarity on the difference between mindset shifts and self-concept transformation
Insight into the “invisible ceiling” and how to expand beyond it
A new framework for identity-driven growth that feels lighter and more natural
Whether you’re building a business, leading at a higher level, or stepping into a bigger vision for your life, this session will help you grow with greater ease, alignment, and confidence.
