WOMEN OF COLOUR: Centering Culture: Leveraging our diverse cultural strengths for collective justice.

For our fifth annual event, Women of Colour Melbourne 2023, will focus on leveraging our diverse cultural strengths for collective justice. We will reflect on how our diverse cultures can mobilise actions and decisions that advance justice and equity for our community for greater representation, impact and legacy.

Our inspirational keynote speaker, Kemi Nekvapil and conference opener Leila Gurruwiwi will share insights on collective power and justice and the actions we can all take and demand for greater representation, impact and legacy.

As always, the conference promises to be a beautiful opportunity to come together in solidarity, celebrating the strength in our diversity, sharing stories of resilience, even dance and connect with each other!!

The conference theme has been developed in consultation with Women of Colour Melbourne Collective and the WOC community.
