Women of Colour Gathering 2021
Event description
RECLAIMING POWER - Surviving, thriving, raising our diverse voices
For our third annual event, Women of Colour Melbourne 2021, will focus on reclaiming our power and raising our diverse voices. We will reflect on how women of colour have been able to not only survive, but thrive while reckoning with a global pandemic, climate crisis and structural racism.
Our inspirational speakers, to be announced, will share insights into how we can reclaim power in our workplaces, families and communities, and in relation to our health and well-being.
As always, the conference promises to be a beautiful opportunity to come together in solidarity, celebrate the strength in our diversity, share stories of resilience, and hopefully even dance!
The conference theme has been developed in consultation with Women of Colour Melbourne Collective and the WOC community.
