It is time to get the women of Wellington together, to connect; to support; to lift each other up and contribute to the future of our city.
We are excited to host the 2024 launch of Women of Pōneke on the 9th of May at 5pm at the BNZ Partners Centre at the new BNZ HQ on Whitmore & Featherston Street.
Come along, bring a friend and join us as we introduce how we hope to raise the voices of Wellington women and invite you all to be part of Me We Pōneke.
For our first 2024 event, we are really looking forward to sharing our Me We Pōneke approach. Our speakers will include:
MC - Amanda Millar -former broadcaster & CEO of am&co communications.
Panelists, Lou Aitken & Heather Peacocke on the aim of "Women of Pōneke" and a precis of some of the key issues that face all of us.
Guest Speaker: Te Papa's CEO, Courtney Johnston. Courtney will be harnessing the power in the room by taking us into the future of our capital city and the role we individually and collectively will play.
Canapes and drinks will be served, thanks to our amazing partners.
