It is our final event for 2024 and we are excited to invite you all to the Women of Pōneke November event, hosted at the National Library of Aotearoa NZ. We are so lucky to have a partnership with The National Library and great support from allfields.

This event will be focused on uplifting, connection and joy - the perfect way to finish 2024, reminding us that we've got this! We will be focused on celebrating the creativity in Wellington. It will be super fun and we hope that you can join us for the evening.

Our friends at The Finery & Six Barrel Soda have helped out with their alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, and we will also be serving bubbles and wine, inclusive in the ticket price. Canapes will also be shared throughout the evening, thanks to Home Cafe.

To cover our costs, we are charging for this event. We know that things are tough at the moment for many, so if this is a barrier for you to attend, please contact us and we will do everything to support you to attend.

Tickets for previous events have sold out fast. For this event we are capped at 180 people attending and we will be updating our social media channels on the progress of the ticket sales, so get your tickets quick.

Accessibility

The National Library is fully accessible, with access off Aitken Street if you are not able to walk up the stairs through the main entrance on Molesworth Street. There will be security staff to assist on the night.

Me.We.Pōneke is our signature quarterly event designed to inspire, connect and raise the voices of our wonderful community of Wellington women, and people who identify as women.

We believe that magic happens when women come together. We’ve seen it. We’ve felt it. And we want to create more of it with regular events that are open, welcoming, supportive and empowering for the women of Wellington.
