As a reminder, the event will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on 08/03/2024. However, we kindly request you to arrive a little early, ideally by 11:50 AM, to ensure a smooth start to the event. We've included the Zoom link below for your convenience:

Additionally, for those of you who are attending in person, here are the directions to the venue (we have also attached the map of the Deakin Waurn Ponds campus at the bottom of this email):

If you are driving, please take Nicol Drive North (second entrance) to park outside the DD building. In case all spots are occupied, you can park in car park 8, which is further up the hill facing Epworth Hospital. Once you arrive at DD, if you're coming from Nicol Drive North, the entrance is on the left of the opposite entrance door. For those coming from Student Central or the lakeside, turn right as soon as you enter DD building. A map is attached in this email
