To close out Women’s History Month, enjoy an afternoon connecting to your divine feminine self with a series of movement techniques and breath exercises to help you realize your own individual healing potential and reach optimal levels of health. The fundamental elements of this practice includes many classical longevity and emotional release techniques specific to the female body.

You will learn various self-healing internal arts practices known as Qigong (Chi-Kung), which translates as Energy Work. Among the practices are Tao Yin Lung Shen, Lin Zi (Medical Chi-kung) and Radiant Lotus Women’s Qi-gong, a program designed to empower women to practice their self-care health care.

Come explore Taoist classics such as Shaking & Cupping, Self-Massage, Vibrational Sound Healing, the Kwan Yin Closing & Showering Qi Movements, Balancing, Phoenix Opening/Closing, Lotus Rises from the Water Movements. All women of all levels are welcome, from mature adolescents to seniors.
