As an intuitive coach and embodiment practitioner, I work with women to awaken & (re)claim their Creative power, unleashing new possibilities in their lives so they will show up more authentically, deeply owning their worth.

My passion is the heart based work of promoting the magic of bringing women together through sacred circle and dynamic meditation. I believe we’re all wise women. I believe we’re all, all knowing.

I know that each of us have a primal, embodied wisdom — a wild, untamed heart that knows what is true for her!! This looks and feels different for each woman and is amplified when witnessed in circle. Are you ready to discover yours?

Women Rising is a fortnightly gathering of reconnection, inviting you to celebrate the story of who you are and the inner wisdom that connects all women to one another. When we share our story and reclaim our truth, it empowers others to do the same.

This is an invitation for you to engage with yourself. Peel back the layers of conformity with your Wild feminine feeling body, as a gateway to unlocking more of who you truly are.

Through music, movement, art, writing, visualisation, meditation and sharing, your divine muse and Wild Woman energy will be rekindled. This will allow you to honour your voice, your desires and activate your Creative potential in everyday life.

As a modern woman, busy, busy, busy - you often yearn for more. You feel the calling. Through connecting to who you already are and exploring the unknown parts of yourself, you’ll feel more alive and witnessed, claiming your worth! Each circle starts with a themed check in and intention setting, allowing you to be seen, heard and expressed.

Following will be embodiment practices, engaging in movement that will enliven your body and connect you to yourself, your feeling body.

Next will be integration of your discoveries through partnered exercises.

Finally, I’ll take you on a journey through a potent meditation ritual that will leave you feeling deeply connected to your feminine essence, centred and alive until we meet in circle again.
