Women's Art Therapy Course with NCJWA NSW & JewishCare
Description
Sometimes words aren’t enough. And that’s okay.
NCJWA NSW is partnering with JewishCare to offer a six-week Art Therapy course for those feeling overwhelmed or finding it difficult to put their feelings into words.
Art Therapy uses creative expression, including drawing, painting and making, to explore thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. No artistic experience or ability is needed.
About the Facilitator
Clara Luboff is a Brazilian-born artist and art psychotherapist who has called Australia home for 27 years. With a Master’s degree in Art Therapy, she works with children, adolescents, families, and communities, using creativity as a pathway to self-expression, connection, resilience, and healing. Clara is also a facilitator for Jewish Care, supporting individuals and families through creative and therapeutic experiences. As both an artist and a mother of two, she brings a deep appreciation for the transformative power of creativity and its capacity to foster connection, emotional wellbeing, and healing.
