Sometimes words aren’t enough. And that’s okay.

NCJWA NSW is partnering with JewishCare to offer a 6-week Art Therapy course for people who are feeling overwhelmed, and are looking for a gentle way to begin healing.

Art Therapy uses creative expression- such as drawing, painting and making- to explore thoughts and feelings that can be hard to put into words.

Six consecutive Thursdays 11:00am - 12:30pm
