Women's Ascension Workshop

Join Mel as she leads a soul expanding beautiful workshop in movement, breath, clearing your energy field and a guided journey into the Quantum.
This is a fully channeled in person group session open to all who are interested in spiritual evolution & ascension.
An open heart and mind is required to attend this sacred space.
This group session is only open to Women.
Event outline:
- Dance & Movement - this first part of the workshop is a freedom based movement dance style. Moving the body through dance is a powerful way to allow spirit to flow through you. It allows movement and self-expression unhindered, supporting vascular and lymphatic drainage. Heart opening, emotional nervous system regulation and its FUN! Mel is guided to create EPIC playlists for these events (your welcome to use them for your own home practice afterwards). This is for all fitness levels and no experience is required.
- Channeled Spiritual Teaching - this is a space to receive spiritual trainings previously only available through Mel's online courses & private sessions. Fully guided by spirit each event has a specific theme to embrace weather its self-love, forgiveness, trust and/or embodiment. These Spiritual lessons are a co-creation with her guides & non-physical Councils of Light. This space is open for questions and support for the whole group.
- Activation into the Quantum - Fully channeled by her Higher-Self these activations are like guided meditations that have a lasting effect on your spirit, auric field, soul and have the potential to activate more of your Soul's remembrance. Sound healing tools such as crystal quartz bowls, drumming and light-language song is used.
The intention of these events are to support your to connect deeper to the Highest and Most Loving version of yourself available.
You’re in for a incredible night and it’s good to be prepared.
What to bring:
- Drinking water
- Light, comfortable clothes and something warm to wear as the night cools
- Cushion/pillow to sit on
- Yoga mat/something to lie on for the sound integration (and something warm to wear, wolly socks & a blanket are great)

*No previous experience needed.

Your Soul will guide you to these events if you are ready to expand yourself into more Light. The quantum work done by Mel and her team can take anywhere from 10days -6weeks to fully integrate. It is advised that you take gentle care and well-being of yourself during this time. For any major support in-between workshops Mel is available via messenger for integration support.
