We are joined by the Amaizing Letesha Sullivan who is training for Breathwork Facilitation. As always I am excited to collaborate with others in our local communities who want to provide their unique value.

It is said that we release more than 50% of our metabolic waste through our breath. With our breath we are able to stimulate our nervous system, removing stuck energy, such as emotional or physical traumas.

We enter an altered state of consciousness, often producing a blissful and joyful experience. By flooding the body with oxygen, we can help the cells return to their natural regenerative process

Just as Cymatics has shown, our state of being is a product of our environment. Here, we create an environment that will change your state of being to peace and joy

Briefly, we sit to discuss this breathing technique and pattern. I will then guide you through an hour of breathing, using carefully selected music to create a blissful experience leaving you feeling more joy and peace in your life
