Event description

Women's Breath-work Immersion - remembering who you are.

This 2.5 hour workshop is a chance for you to go deep - to explore the incredible power of breath-work, meditation and connection as apart of a small group of women - to feel what needs to be felt and release what has been unconsciously residing inside

After creating a safe space through connection and shared vulnerability, you’ll be guided through a Breath-work & Meditation journey helping you to bypass your analytical mind and reconnect with your body. Breath-work is an incredibly powerful practice which can lead to profound insight and healing. Each time you go on a breath-work journey is different, and whatever comes up for you is exactly what is meant to come up for you at the time.

After recently returning from Bali, I feel inspired to bring new knowledge and new depth to this workshop, to help remind you of who you truly are and where you want to go.

I am continulously taken back by the transformative power of breath-work (especially in the power of a group) and can not wait to bring to immersion to you.

Session outline:

- Connection activity to help your nervous system feel safe, a chance to connect with link-minded women and PLAY.

- Breathwork journey using different techniques as well as somatic methods (we will go through what this entails on the day).

- Meditation & visualisation to integrate your experience

- Sharing circle with tea and snacks to know you are never alone in your journey

About Taylor Jackson/Breathe to connect:

Taylor, Melbourne based breath-work + meditation facilitator is passionate about helping women rediscover that deep love for themselves by connecting inward. Taylor has studied the nervous system, somatic breath-work, pranayama, the transformational breathing method and has taken a deep dive into inner child work, meditation and the power of the mind, body, soul connection.

"When you consciously breathe you move energy, and when you move energy, you move emotions. You create space within your body to feel those emotions and you give your body a chance to release what has been unconsciously residing inside."

Come and be apart of the growing community of like minded women as we experience magic together on Sunday, 8th of October.
