A harmonising day of Nature connection , Yoga, Breathwork and meditation - an opportunity to put your responsibilities, roles & busyness of modern living aside, to recharge your body , mind and soul....and to receive 🌱

What TO EXPECT :✨

~ Flowing gentle morning Yoga practice to purify, to stretch and strengthen the body , clear the mind and create balance and innner harmony.
~ Guided Meditations & Pranayama to clear  stress or tension - to better align with the higher aspect of yourself, & to enhance intuition.

~Forest Bathing.

`Water Blessing Ceremony - 

~ Nature - deep nervous system reset.

~ Breathwork practice to help shift and clear blocked or stagnant energies.

~Sound Healing Journey by Tarsila from Crystalline Energy , with Crystal bowls, rain stick , Native american Indian flutes, chimes, harp, drums and more ✨

~ A relaxed, friendly and small group of wonderful women .

- Beautiful surrounds on private land.

~Shared lunch together (please bring a vegetarian dish or some contribution ) surrounded by the gum trees, in a peaceful, beautiful, private location.

Note : Address will be sent out after payment transfer -Private Cottage/ Temple - The Mysterium . This day retreat takes place on Gadigal Land, Elanora Heights.🌱

Come as you are, be supported by the magic of the land, the practices and ceremony, the connection of other Women.

PLEASE BRING : Yoga Mat (Please reach out if you don't have one , i can provide ), 

Healthy vegetarian dish for shared lunch (can be ie : a simple salad/ cheese and crackers/ Dips/ fruit platter etc ) 

A cushion/ blanket  and a light shawl or Sarong for comfort.

All levels of Yoga experience welcome - beginners are fine to join.

Please advise me if you need a chair/ have injuries/ special condition/ or food allergies etc
