Rooted in ancestral ritual and guided by presence, we’ll enter a space of prayer, remembrance, and inner transformation — supported by the medicine of cacao and the resonance of sound.

About your hosts:

Sophie, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilizing a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity.

Carolina is a cacao ceremonialist, as well as a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder working with heart medicine, Cacao. Her gentle, healing energy guides others back to remembrance, to who they truly are.

Her path has taken her to Peru and Guatemala, where she deepened her practice and completed a Cacao Facilitator Training rooted in the Mayan Cosmovision. These experiences continue to shape the way she holds space, weaving ancestral wisdom with embodied presence.
