While we will generally sit in circle on the ground there are chairs in the room if your body will feel more comfortable seated.

Both of Sarah's parents died within 18 months of each other in her early twenties. The shock and grief was immense and Sarah felt herself becoming quiet and inward... she heard the call to living a more holistic, connected and soul nourishing life!

She knows the joy that comes from listening to our soul. Sarah creates enriching events for people seeking new openings, new connections and new social circles – She also provides 1:1 Coaching Sessions so we can all reconnect with our sparkle.

After experiencing a Women's Circle in Bali she knew she had to bring this magic back home with her, cultivating community and depth in connection.
