About your host (Cara from @ohanala.wisdom)

To provide guidance in cyclical wisdom, and to support you as you reclaim the power of your sacred rhythm. Along the journey, we need people that can hold safe, sacred spaces for us as we journey deeply inward. Energetic midwifery doesn’t involve birthing your transformation for you. It’s about fostering a sacred space, offering support, and sharing evidence-based ancient wisdom to guide your self-rebirth.

With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, I regularly hold events teaching practical wisdom in Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Conscious Perimenopause, Archetypal Embodiment and Applied Astrology with evidence-inspired, trauma-informed somatic practices.
