Event description

⭕️ FREE EVENT ~ Come gather in circle, break bread and celebrate the sacred fertility and abundance of Beltane.
This is a powerful day on the solar wheel of the year, where we can give thanks for the ripening of all that's good in our life.

What to Expect

Connect with Kindred Spirits: Meet and mingle with a community of warm-hearted women ready to embrace new friendships and deep connections.

Meaningful Conversations: Engage in open, soulful conversations where you can share your story, listen, and feel supported by a circle of understanding women.

Evening Picnic Gathering: Bring a blanket and a small treat to savor under the twilight. Share if you feel called—it’s all about cozy connections and joyful moments together.

Sacred Drum Circle: Step into the beat of a drumming circle, where we’ll come alive, reconnect with our inner rhythm, and feel the collective pulse of unity.

Abundance Ritual: Bring a small item representing blossoming abundance to place on our altar, symbolizing the beauty and fullness of this sacred season.

Healing Energy Work: Experience the collective energy of the group, guiding you toward inner healing and emotional renewal in this shared space of transformation.

🔥 No stress if you don't have a drum - we would love to see you anyway!

The power of your sacred cycle
Embracing the sacred practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness can be transformative.
By bringing awareness to the seasonal cycles of the earth, the land you live on, and your inner rhythms, you can reconnect more authentically with yourself.

Who this is for
This gathering is for anyone who identifies as a woman and feels called to connect with the deeper aspects of self in a safe, sacred space. Whether you’re seeking to rediscover your inner rhythms, nurture your sacred womb space, or simply be in community with like-minded souls, this circle welcomes you. It’s a space open to all beliefs and faiths, offering gentle support for reconnecting with the cycles within and around us. Children are welcome, too, making this a family-friendly experience that honors connection, growth, and the blossoming energy of Beltane.

About your host (Cara from @ohanala.wisdom)
As a Certified Menstruality Educator, Rewilding Facilitator and Maieutic Midwife, my role is to bear witness to your journey.  To provide guidance in cyclical wisdom, and to support you as you reclaim the power of your sacred rhythm. Along the journey, we need people that can hold safe, sacred spaces for us as we journey deeply inward. Energetic midwifery doesn’t involve birthing your transformation for you. It’s about fostering a sacred space, offering support, and sharing evidence-based ancient wisdom to guide your self-rebirth.

With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, I regularly hold events teaching practical wisdom in Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Conscious Perimenopause,  Archetypal Embodiment and Applied Astrology with evidence-inspired, trauma-informed somatic practices.
