Women's Circle - Bloom and Flow Music Therapy
Event description
THE CIRCLE EXPERIENCE: Come as you are, stay curious and lean in :)
Let's all give ourselves permission to come as we are are. Our whole, beautiful, messy, wild and curious self! We allow truth, paradox, contrast and the whole spectrum of human emotion to emerge through reflective prompts, intentional musical experiences and the gathering of women who each hold and bring fourth their own unique gifts, life experience and dreams.
Led by Georgia Renee, Registered Music Therapist, Circle Facilitator and Song-writer https://www.instagram.com/geor...
In Circle I believe:
- Everyone's voice is worthy of being listened to
- No response necessary- no advice giving or judgement. Just having the space to be seen and heard can have profound impact.
- Heart Led Speaking- you don't plan our answers. A weight is lifted when you speak from the heart and allow what wants to emerge.
- Heart-Led Listening- when people share their stories, you lean in, you earn and expand our capacity for compassion.
Let's gift ourselves stillness and presence so we can collectively endeavour to explore our heart
There MAY be elements of music, shared singing (No I won't make you sing or dance in front of the group- unless you want to ha ha) guided meditation, carefully curated circle prompts, journalling, aromatic anchors and light movement. Everything is an invitation and completely optional.
You will walk away
- feeling lighter as you release the weight of your words
- with a deeper knowing of what is true for you
- remembering that you are not alone and that we are all riding this wave called life
- uncovering the layers to your own story and gifts
- with a deeper sense of connection
- a heart full of gratitude and greater compassion for self and others
