In our circle you will be embraced by a community of like-minded women, each on a journey to be their truest selves. Created with the intention to unite women through the power of breathwork and sound healing alongside other modalities, allowing you to live through your heart with a regulated nervous system.

Guided Meditation: Journey inward with calming, focused guidance.
Breathwork: Reconnect with your breath and release what no longer serves you.

Journaling: Reflect on your dream state and deepest desires. 

Sound Healing: Bathe in soothing sounds that harmonise your being.

Energy Healing and Grounding: Receive gentle energy healing to balance your body and mind, complimented by grounding rituals.

Yoga Mats, Pillows, Bolsters, Blankets and light refreshments are all provided.

Feel free to bring a journal, pen and water bottle.
