What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing.
Water bottle.
Journal and pen.
Eye mask or eye pillow (optional).
Open mind and open heart..
Yoga mats, light cushions, blankets, and bolsters will be provided.
Parking
Free parking is available on surrounding streets, and the venue is near a 96 tram stop.
Important Notes
Avoid coffee, alcohol, and stimulants 4-5 hours prior.
Avoid eating at least 1.5 hours before the event.
