Women's circle- creative connections
Event description
Welcome to a nourishing women's afternoon, a space for connection, art-making and soulful sharing. This monthly women's creative circle will offer a peaceful place to meet and refill your cup.
Each event will commence with sitting in circle, gently guided into a calming ritual which may include, guided meditation, oracle cards or intention setting. Each person will have the opportunity to discuss what is present for them in the moment, a chance to be open, vulnerable and be witnessed by the group.
This will be followed by a creative art activity. To close the group, we meet again in circle to share insights and reflections from the art-making process.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be offered
This is a space for self-reflection, laughter, tears, rest, honesty and a space free of judgement
Ages: 18+
