Time for yourself to turn inwards and listen to what is pressing on your heart.
This nurturing space is designed for you to reconnect to who you truly are, all while being held, seen and supported by like minded women.
Each Circle is held a little differently, depending on the theme being explored, however you can expect;
Meditation, visualisation, energy talk, stillness, prompt journalling, intention setting, breathwork, affirmations, sharing stories, oracle cards, tea & treats and more…
As we are seated on mats, comfy clothing is recommended.
