Together in a sacred women circle, we will set empowering intentions and hold space for collective sharing and wisdom while allowing the heart opening magic of ceremonial cacao to weave through us. Through gentle yoga, mindful movement and meditation, we will release tension and invite balance back into the mind, body and spirit. Guided breath work will deepen your presence and awaken clarity, leaving you feeling energised and inspired for the year ahead.

This womens retreat set in the stunning gardens at Modern Country Estate Shepparton is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and nature with a supportive community of women as we step into a new year with grace, balance,clarity and purpose.

Our beautiful guest yoga and breath work facilitator is Jessie Jones based on the Sunshine Coast.

Jessie guides heart opening restorative yoga, her classes create a nurturing space for students to flow freely, intuitively and with openness.

Jessies approach encourages self discovery, relaxation and connection, helping you find balance and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace.

Please wear comfortable clothing for yoga practice, breath work and to sit. Please bring along a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, pen and pillow to sit on.
