There is a special kind of medicine that only occurs when women gather and sit in circle together; when we give ourselves the opportunity to be present and move our body in a way that feels good and true for us in that moment, free from judgement and a need to perform.

This time of year can feel chaotic and disorientating; it can feel hard to find our centre and stay connected to it.

I'm offering this morning as a space where we can come together and explore what centredness feels like in our bodies, so we can take this embodied feeling into the "silly season" and bring this year to a close in a way that hopefully feels less harried and draining.

Circle + Cacao + Qoya

Qoya is a practice that combines dance, yoga, sensual movement, community, ritual and so much more, to help women reconnect to the wisdom within their bodies.

Do you need to get out of your head?
Qoya is a safe, sacred place to do just this; to practice letting go of all the judging and comparisons.

A place to come AS YOU ARE, and to leave as MORE of who you are.

The theme for our movement is "Centred"
The invitation is to explore how it feels in your body to be deeply connected to your centre; that ineffable core of your being that is always grounded and anchored to your truth.

Qoya is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate to dance and lightly stretch in and bring a water bottle. I'll supply the vegan chocolate ;)

Please aim to arrive 5-10min prior to start time so that you have enough time to settle in before we begin at 10am.
