Kia Ora sisters,

I have been feeling a deep call inside me to bring women together and connect through our joys and struggles. Women have come in circles since the beginning of time and I believe we must keep the tradition going in order to heal the feminine scar that the world is witnessing nowadays. Therefore I invite you to join me on Saturday 27th of July from 5:30 to 7pm at Te Atamira for an evening of sacred sharing and connection.

What to expect from the circle:

We are gonna open the circle with some body movement to get the energy rising and a Pranayama practise will follow to bring some inner balance. There is gonna be some sharing time followed by some creative journaling and the circle will end with a gentle meditation practice plus intention setting for the new month starting.

This is going to be an opportunity to connect more with yourself and likeminded women around.

Yoga Mat
Pillow/Cushion for meditation
Blanket
Journal
Water bottle
Something to place on the altar

This event is based on Koha/Donation.

The circle intends to be as inclusive as possible and welcomed anyone who identifies as women in a significant way to them.
