A Women's circle created to nourish, gain education, rest and be supported with women alike. This is a safe space for you to pull the wall down and allow yourself to be vulnerable and heard, if you wish to share, or to simply just be.

In this hour and a half we will have group discussion on varied topics, selected gentle amd guided breath work teachings, gentle yoga asanas, guided meditation, card pull and ceremonial cacao or herbal tea.

The aim of this space is to allow you to open up and be supported but also enable you to take tools learnt back home with to assist in your daily life. This is a time for you, provided in a group setting but delivered holistically to support your needs. This space is for all abilities and weclome to all womens in their various stages of life.
