Full moon Women's circle - Sauna edition

Our invitation is to gather as sisters around the fire and keep the tradition of sharing stories and deep listening alive. 

Working with the energy of Full moon to release what is no longer serving us, and ending this with a purifying Sauna session, sending you all back home relaxed. 

From connection to relaxation, we will enjoy the medicine of the grandmothers and you will all get a chance to express what's on your heart in a safe space. 

The joy, the sadness, the tears, the laugh, all is welcome. 

We will guide you through a powerful journey back to the roots, using elements of voice activation to help you explore your own channel.

Come find your sisters and connect with your truth in a safe space.

P.s: Tea will be served during the circle. If you would like to add to this gathering and bring some snacks to share, you are more than welcome to do so. This is an alcohol and drug free event. 

What you will need during the evening: 

-swimsuit & towel

- yoga mat & blanket

-water bottle 

-Journal & Pen

- Something to charge the Altar (Flower, crystal feather, anything symbolic or meaningful that you would like to use in your spiritual practice)
