Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to reflect, release the energy of 2024, and set our intentions for a powerful 2025.

• A guided meditation led by Louise to help you center yourself and release what no longer serves you.

• A special sound healing session with Jess – Rae of Harmony to nurture your mind and body.
