Join us for a morning of connection, laughter, and self-discovery in this special women’s circle led by Louise Jayne, a holistic women’s mindset coach with a background in trauma-informed practice and empowerment coaching. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to reflect, release the energy of 2024, and set our intentions for a powerful 2025.

The circle will feature:

• Opportunities to connect with like-minded women, share stories, and build meaningful connections.

• A guided meditation led by Louise to help you center yourself and release what no longer serves you.

• A special sound healing session with Jess – Rae of Harmony to nurture your mind and body.
