Event description

Join us for a nurturing morning of connection, reflection and mindfulness at Women’s Healing Sanctuary.

Our Morning Tea gatherings create space for heartfelt conversation, mutual support, and personal reflection. Together we share tea, coffee and delicious homemade treats while nurturing a sense of belonging and community.

Each month’s Women’s Circle features a free 45-minute guided wellness session designed to help you bring greater presence and clarity into your life. (see program for session details)

Cost: FREE - includes a cuppa, connections, light refreshments and 45 minute guided wellness session.


Registrations essential – limited spaces available.

We can’t feel or see our mind, yet it is the most powerful aspect of our being. We talk about ‘mind over matter’ but what exactly does that mean and how can we use our mind better to have a more positive influence on our wellbeing, our environment and relationships? Join Fiona Brown from YOUtopia WELLbeing for intriguing conversation and a relaxing mindful experience through meditation.

Reconnect with your creativity in a safe, supportive environment to discover what the ‘self’ wants to express through creative play. No prior art experience necessary - just an open heart and willingness to connect with your inner self.

Alison Rogers from Readers Retreat will share ways of unlocking the health benefits of reading and writing in this 45 minute practical session.

Celebrating Women's Health Week - Led by Sonya from The Kaden Centre, learn gentle, restorative movements to support physical recovery and emotional strength. Open to all abilities.


Thursday 2 April 2026 - Soul Expression with Kylie Dawson

This light-touch QiGong session with Kylie Dawson offers a gentle introduction to movement and breath designed to help release old stories, restore confidence, and awaken your natural radiance. Suitable for all abilities, it invites women to begin reconnecting with their energy, healing, and self-expression.
