For centuries, women have gathered in circles. Around fires, beneath the moon, in sacred spaces where wisdom was shared, emotions were honoured, stories were told, and healing happened through connection.

It is time to bring this ancient tradition back.

I invite you into a beautiful monthly gathering of women, a sacred sanctuary where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and return home to yourself.

A space where you don’t have to be the mother, the partner, the provider, the healer, or the woman who holds everything together.

You simply get to BE.

🌹 Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Open your heart, soften into your body, and connect more deeply with yourself and the women around you through the beautiful heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao.

Surrender to the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, sacred instruments and shamanic sound. An invitation to quiet the mind, release tension and allow your body to deeply rest.

Receive gentle energetic healing to support emotional release, restore a sense of balance and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

To laugh until your belly hurts, cry when your heart needs to, and experience the profound beauty of being witnessed exactly as you are.

Some months we will go deep. Some months we will play, create and celebrate.
