WOMEN'S CIRCLE

✨Build Radical Self Esteem ✨

Let go of people pleasing and spark your feminine power

Are you tired of feeling stuck in your life?

Are you saying ‘yes’ when inside you mean ‘no’?

Are you struggling to feel good on a daily basis?

Are you craving soulful connections?

🧜‍♀️ You’re tired of trying to please everyone

If you’re reading this, you are ready to level up your life.

This is a workshop for any woman seeking to spark your feminine power, let go of people pleasing, and learn techniques to create a life founded on self-worth.

💜 You are eager to find your voice again – and make it loud

We bring women together to heal and transform our lives:

Experience an authentic sacred sage Native American ceremony
Feel into heart centred guided meditation where you meet your self
Understand how our life experiences impact us – and how you can heal
Discover the power of boundaries and your sacred ‘yes’ and ‘no’
Connect with other women in an honest and down to earth way
Journal your wisdom and create an action plan for your future
Chat, laugh, cry, hug, feel, expand and breathe.

🌷 You are craving something more than just breathwork or an ice bath

We go beyond the feel-good affirmations and think positive meditations (although we do love these) – and dive deep, to show you how you can heal your experiences, and make the change you need, so you can live your best life.

You will learn practical tools, knowledge and wisdom that will teach you how to transform your life, from a place of empowerment and self-compassion.

🌱 You desire connections that are real and human

We throw away our masks and perfectionism and create experiences that honour what it is to be human – with all our beauty, messiness and the many colours of our emotions.

We create spaces that are safe, trauma informed, and loving to everyone in the circle.

You will connect with other women who are on the same path of healing and transformation, because we believe that community is how we heal.
