• Journal your wisdom and create an action plan for your future
• Chat, laugh, cry, hug, feel, expand and breathe.

We go beyond the feel-good affirmations and think positive meditations (although we do love these) – and dive deep, to show you how you can heal your experiences, and make the change you need, so you can live your best life.

You will learn practical tools, knowledge and wisdom that will teach you how to transform your life, from a place of empowerment and self-compassion.

We throw away our masks and perfectionism and create experiences that honour what it is to be human – with all our beauty, messiness and the many colours of our emotions.

We create spaces that are safe, trauma informed, and loving to everyone in the circle.

10:00am / Arrive and settle in

10:15am / Native American sage ceremony

10:30am / Program

• Creation of affirmation cards for the group
• Workshop to learn about self esteem and the connection with boundaries and self care
• Guided medtiation for releasing old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve our highest purpose
• Journalling reflections and actions for creating a life in alignment that nurtures our self esteem

12:00pm / Herbal tea and social soulful connections (optional)

12:30pm / Hugs

(Please arrive on time at 10:00am so you can settle into the space. Thank you for supporting everyone to have a beautiful experience).

(Parking available on site. Street parking also available).

BRING

1. Journal and pens
2. Snacks to share
3. Wear comfortable clothing for the meditation
4. Yoga mat, bolster, pillow. (We also have some available in the space).

18+ age only.

Available to women, and those who identify as women, or are non-binary. Note that this is a space that is designed for women only.
