I offer private one-on-one Kundalini Activation, Reiki, and Energy Alignment Sessions for those seeking a more personalised and intimate experience. These sessions provide dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and explore your inner landscape with gentle guidance and support.

I also facilitate Women’s Circles, children’s chakra and crystal workshops, and Shared Stillness — Parent & Child Meditations, a unique experience designed to nurture connection, presence, and meaningful bonding.

My guided meditations weave together Reiki energy, soothing aromatherapy, and the serene sounds of Koshi chimes. I’ll gently guide you through a visualised meditation before creating space for you to continue your own inner journey.

My intention is to hold a space where you feel supported, grounded, connected, and free to simply be.
