Sometimes we feel vulnerable sharing what's on our heart with strangers. But believe me when I say that before our first meeting is even over, these divine women will feel more soul sister than stranger. And sometimes it can feel easier (and so liberating!) to share our truths with people who aren't so entangled or triggered by what we have to say.

Running throughout the school term (because it feels so divine and necessary to relax into the void of school holidays), we will meet every 2nd Wednesday morning in a beautiful studio space in Castle Hill for an hour and a half.

Bring a yoga mat to sit on (as we’ll be sitting on a timber floor), your journal, drink bottle and perhaps a shawl or jumper to feel cosy in. Maybe even bring a friend who needs this as much as you do! And wear whatever feels good for you!

60 Cambewarra Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154.

The venue can be a little tricky to figure out the first time you come. It's a studio space at the back of a house (it's the house with hearts painted on the electricity pole out the front). Walk down the driveway and through the garage at the bottom. There will be a path that leads you to the magical studio space at the back.
