A safe and non-judgmental space to take off all the ‘hats’ and put the ‘shoulds’ aside.
Time for yourself to turn inwards and listen to what is pressing on your heart.
All while being held, seen and supported by like minded women.
Each Circle is held a little differently, depending on the theme being explored, however you can expect;
Meditation, visualisation, energy talk, stillness, prompt journalling, intention setting, breathwork, affirmations, sharing stories, oracle cards, cacao and more…
