WOMENS CIRCLE

Inspired by Día de los Muertos

Doors open at 2.45pm

Join us for special women’s circle inspired by the traditions of Dia de los Muertos.

Where we will explore together the honouring of our ancestors/lineage, celebrate family heritage and connect with the loved ones we have lost; through deeply held, safe and sacred practices🙏

You will receive:

✨Nourishing, heart opening ceremonial Cacao to call in the energy guides to lovingly hold us in our sacred space.

✨Lineage healing, working intentionally with our mother line.

✨Embodied movement to bring the healing of the non physical experience into the physical realm, and land tangible in the body through movement.

✨Reiki energy healing to heal and be held at the deeper energetic levels.

✨Ancestral Medicine drumming for an immersive meditation journey.

✨Grounding and release practices to support your experience

✨2 heart led facilitators that have the ability to see you so deeply 🫶

This will be a beautiful space filled with sisterhood, connection & ancestral healing; in a deeply held container where you will feel loved, held and seen ✨

Please bring with you:

• Cushion

• Blanket

• Water

• Journal (you can rip paper out of)

• Pen

• A photo of a loved one who has passed (or an item that connects you to them)

• An item that connects you to your ancestors

• Dress in either clothing that connects you to your ancestors/lineage OR feel free to dress as one of the Goddesses who will be holding us through our circle:

Irish Goddess Morrigan, Queen of the underworld Persephone, Greek Goddess Hecate, Slavic witch Baba Yaga
